In light of security concerns for the Deepotsav celebrations in Ayodhya, police have sealed 17 bylanes leading to Ram Ki Paidi and restricted access to the area to pass holders only. Extensive security arrangements include deployment of commandos, security drones, and isolation of the area to ensure the safe lighting of 28 lakh diyas.
