The Anil Agarwal Foundation has teamed up with the Goa government to eradicate rabies through its Animal Care Organisation (TACO). They will set up an animal welfare centre in Bicholim Taluka on land provided by the Sankhali Municipal Council. The centre will offer spaying, neutering, and anti-rabies vaccination services to manage the stray animal population.
