Actor Josh Gad, who is well known for voicing Olaf in the Frozen films, among other fan favorite titles, is explaining why, despite the fact that so many celebrities do not want to speak out about politics, they are this election cycle.

The Presidential Election is officially taking place on Tuesday (November 5), though early voting is taking place in so many states across the country. Democratic nominee Kamala Harris and Republican nominee Donald Trump are on the ballot this year, and so many celebrities have publicly endorsed the current VP. Some celebrities are also endorsing Trump.

Josh took to Threads to explain why celebrities don’t actually want to be speaking out, but why so many are right now.
