Households ALREADY paying £2,000 a year in motoring taxes as drivers brace themselves for Budget hikes this week

The Treasury is raking in more than £43billion a year from motorists, it has been revealed ahead of this week's Budget and the expectation for drivers to suffer hiked outgoings.
