Trump supporter accused of casting ballot in dead mother's name
A woman supporting former President Donald Trump was reportedly charged with felony voter fraud after she filled out an absentee ballot for her dead mother.
KMSP Fox 9 reported that Danielle Miller faced charges after she cast an absentee ballot for Trump on behalf of her dead mother in Minnesota.
The Itasca County Auditor's Office received the ballot from Rose Maria Javorina, Miller's mother, on Oct. 7, even though she died in August.
The auditor's office also said Miller used Javorina's name as a witness on her own ballot.
"The sheriff's office compared both signature envelopes — they were both filled out in black ink and appeared to be similar, charges state," KMSP noted. "The sheriff's office compared the signatures on the envelope to the driver's license signature of Miller, and noted 'they appeared to be very similar and appeared to match each other.'"

The sheriff's office spoke to Miller on Oct 7. She admitted to filling out her mother's ballot because she fervently supported Trump.
"Miller is charged with two counts of absentee voting — intentionally making or signing a false certificate and absentee voting —casting an illegal vote or aiding another, which are both felonies," KMSP said.
