German national flag carrier Lufthansa has made its Munich-Cape Town route the first of its services to Africa to employ the airline’s latest cabin design, branded as “Lufthansa Allegris”. The Allegris upgrade embraces all classes on Lufthansa airliners – economy, premium economy, business, and first class. The Airbus A350s operated by the carrier on the Munich-Cape Town route were configured with three of these classes – economy, premium economy and business. The Allegris-configured airliners started operating this service on Sunday.
