Belarus, Philippines prepare visa exemptions for holders of diplomatic, service passports

Belarus and the Philippines are preparing visa exemptions for holders of diplomatic and service passports. The relevant draft intergovernmental agreement was initialed during a visit of Belarusian First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Lukashevich to the Philippines on 28 October.
