Head of U.S. cyber security says overseas hackers try to disrupt election

The director of cyber and infrastructure security says U.S. adversaries are targeting the election, with Russian, Chinese and Iranian operators trying to disrupt the vote with disinformation ahead of Election Day. NBC News' Tom Costello reports.
