A seven-member panel recommended a digital exam platform, hybrid testing model, and the development of 1,000 reputed government institutions as testing centres for exam reforms. The panel also suggested multi-level NEET testing and an oversight mechanism for coaching centres. Major revamping of the National Testing Agency and cheating prevention measures are also part of the recommendations.
