The Young Mizo Association (YMA) has urged Mizoram's government to set up proper shelter homes and provide humanitarian aid for over 44,000 refugees from Myanmar, Bangladesh, and Manipur living in the state. The refugees share ethnic, cultural, and linguistic ties with the Mizos.
