Charter for Diversity and Multilateralism expected to turn into ‘hymn to Eurasian security’

The development of the Eurasian Charter on Diversity and Multilateralism in the 21st Century, initiated earlier by Belarus, was discussed during the 2nd Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security in Minsk.
