Anew project that will enhance Toledo’s economic capabilities will soon go on line. The Blade’s David Patch reported last week that the port authority board has approved a plan to build a 50,000-square-foot warehouse at the Toledo seaport. The warehouse will support a new liquid-bulk terminal at the port.
