NEW YORK (PIX11) – For middle-income New Yorkers and families, NYC Housing Connect has a number of units available throughout the five boroughs.
Two of the newest listings on Housing Connect have studios, one bedrooms, and two bedrooms available for people with incomes ranging from $18,000 to $67,000.
Bedford Green House II in the Bronx offers rentals for people 62 years or older starting at $0 a month if they make between $0 to $83,880 a year. The complex is pet-friendly and offers a shared laundry room, air conditioning, and a gymnasium.
The 655 Union Street Apartments in Brooklyn has units starting at $888 a month for people who make between $33,772 to $55,920 a year. This complex in Park Slope is within walking distance of multiple train stations and offers in-unit washers and dryers, as well as access to pools and dance studios.
