Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri is set to update the Parliamentary panel on external affairs about the strained Indo-Canadian relations following accusations by Canadian officials against Indian government functionaries over the murder of pro-Khalistani terrorist Harjeet Singh Nijjar. Misri will also address recent developments in India-China relations.
