Replacing sheaves on J/24 (Kenyon)
The following is a collection of videos and pictures on replacing sheaves and running halyard fish lines on a J24 Kenyon mast. This assumes the mast is down.
This post is a companion to @ferenc0521 post on reviving his mast but I didn't want to hijack his thread.
Hook the main sheave with a wire to remove as you pull the axle pin. This avoids dropping into the mast (not sure it can, but being safe)
