Patriots Troll Yankees Following World Series Loss To Dodgers

The Patriots added insult to… insult for the New York Yankees on Saturday.

New York, as you probably already know, lost its World Series matchup to the Los Angeles Dodgers, completely fumbling away the fifth and final game at Yankee Stadium on Wednesday.

New England, somewhat inconspicuously, got involved by giving the Dodgers a lift back to LA in “Air Kraft One” — the club’s team plane. Why? We don’t know, but the Patriots decided to rub it in a little bit with a hilarious tweet Saturday.

“Daaaaaaa Jankees lose,” New England tweeted alongside a photo of the team plane, calling back to Red Sox legend David Ortiz’s famous rallying cry.

The Yankees have plenty of stuff to worry about, so they probably don’t care about one last dig from their loss. It was funny, though.
