MANILA, Philippines — Fair weather can be expected in most parts of the country on Sunday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Saturday. According to Pagasa’s 4 p.m. weather bulletin, easterlies or the warm winds coming from the Pacific Ocean are prevailing over the eastern section of Luzon and Visayas.
