Kannada film director Guruprasad, aged 52, was found hanging in a residential complex on the outskirts of Bengaluru, suspected to have died by suicide. Police reported that the director was facing financial stress and his decomposed body was discovered after neighbours detected a foul smell. An investigation is underway.
