New assault on middle-classes as schools told to take 'fair share' of disadvantaged pupils

Fresh after telling private schools they will no longer be exempt from VAT Labour is plotting another assault on the middle-classes with plans to penalise schools that do not take a "fair share" of pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds.
