Off-duty DSNY employee arrested in Queens: NYPD
QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) -- An off-duty New York City employee was arrested in Queens early Sunday morning, according to the NYPD.
Aidan Murtagh was taken into custody around 1:08 a.m.
The 24-year-old is an employee of the Department of Sanitation, police say. Murtagh was charged with assault.
Police say the incident was not domestic.
