The Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) has accused the Election Commission of grounding its leader Hemant Soren for over 90 minutes, preventing him from campaigning. The JMM claims the EC cited security concerns for Prime Minister Modi, who was holding a rally 80km away.
