IL&FS's infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) is gearing up to file an updated draft with Sebi, aiming to shift certain assets to the InvIT framework. This move is anticipated to address up to ₹8,500 crore of the group's debt and is part of a larger resolution plan initiated in 2020.
