Wood County voters approve funding for mental health board, pass other issues

In an election in which area voters were not always inclined to open their wallets to levy requests, Wood County voters approved a 1.6-mill levy that will fund the area’s Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health Services Board.
