Kamala Harris will not address her supporters on election night. Her campaign co-chair informed the watch party at Howard University that she would speak the next day. Early projections showed Donald Trump leading with 230 electoral votes, while Harris trailed with 182. Trump also won North Carolina, a key battleground state.
