Jharkhand's Chief Electoral Officer, K Ravi Kumar, has instructed the postal department to work through the Chhath festival holidays to ensure timely delivery of voter ID cards. Kumar emphasized the importance of voters receiving their cards and clarified that voter slips are not a replacement for ID cards.
