The government is deploying NDRF teams to ensure the safety of devotees during the Chhath Festival. Teams will be stationed at Ganga ghats, Surya Sarovar, and Chandauli. These teams will be equipped with rescue boats, water ambulances, divers, and medical personnel. NDRF personnel will also be on standby at their headquarters for any emergencies.
