GODDARD, FAULKNER & O’CONNOR DEPART

Dundalk FC can confirm the departures of goalkeeper Felix Goddard, defender Bobby Faulkner and forward Josh O’Connor following the end of their loan deals.

We thank Felix (pictured), Bobby and Josh for their time here, and their respective parent clubs, Blackburn Rovers, Doncaster Rovers and Hibernian, for their help and co-operation.

Goddard made his debut in the Louth Derby win over Drogheda United in July and played seven times in total between the sticks.

Faulkner made four appearances in July, scoring once, but had an unlucky time at Oriel Park with injury and only played once more after that, in September. O’Connor, too, was sidelined, with his sole outing coming from the bench at home to Galway United in August.

We wish all three players the very best in their future careers.
