Toledo City Council approves hiring consultant as part of $6.1 million Re-Tree grant

Toledo City Council on Wednesday passed an ordinance to hire a communications consultant for $100,000 to help implement a multimillion-dollar grant to plant over 10,000 trees in the city over a five-year period.
