The Kochi Biennale Foundation has appointed Thomas Varghese, former UN official, as its new CEO. Varghese brings local knowledge and international experience to the role. The Foundation also appointed Fereshte Sethna as legal advisor and Kuruvilla & Jose as auditors, marking a significant restructuring effort.
