Matthew Perry’s house in Los Angeles has a new Indian owner. See the unique ritual she performed before moving in

Real estate developer and film producer Anita Lallian, originally from India, purchased the former Los Angeles home of actor Matthew Perry. Lallian paid $8.55 million for the house. She performed a customary 'puja' ceremony at the home to honor Perry's memory. Lallian plans to keep some of the home's existing design elements, including a Batman logo in the pool.
