The South African Real Estate Investment Trust Association (SA REIT) has, in partnership with Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), launched the SA REIT Sustainability Disclosure Guide, aimed at establishing sustainability standards and best practice benchmarks for the real estate sector in South Africa. In a November 7 media release, SA REIT describes the guide as a “valuable resource” for the association’s members, as well as for property organisations starting their sustainability reporting.
