Remote work is damaging for companies and work communities, says expert

INTRODUCING young age groups into work communities is one of the most prominent working-life challenges in Finland, views Antti Koivula, the director general of the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health.

“Young people are entering working life after studying during the coronavirus pandemic. They’ll face the challenging working life from a completely different perspective than we older generations did,” he reminded on YLE TV1 on Monday.
