Dubai witnessed the spirit of Chhath Puja. Devotees gathered at Al Mamzar beach to offer 'Usha Arghya' to the rising sun. The four-day festival honoring Lord Surya and Chhati Maiya concluded. The festival is celebrated with deep devotion in India, especially in states like Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and West Bengal.
