EMS worker accused of stealing narcotics
ST. JOHNSVILLE, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- An EMS worker from Gloversville was arrested and accused of stealing narcotics from his employer.
New York State Police said Wayne Allan, 34, was responsible for keeping medication records for a volunteer ambulance company based in St. Johnsville. He's accused of keeping narcotics for himself and falsifying business records to cover it up.
Police said he obtained drugs valued at more than $3,000. He was also found in possession of a controlled substance.
Allan was charged with grand larceny, falsifying business records, and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
