Mahindra Lifespace Developers, through its subsidiary ADL, has partnered with GKW Ltd to develop a 37-acre mixed-use project in Mumbai's Bhandup suburb. The project will include residential, commercial, and retail spaces, with ADL holding a 70.5% revenue share and GKW holding the remaining 29.5%.
