I understand what you're saying but I wouldn't be in a rush to bring on Beto and Harrison either in all honesty.

Beto was absolutely terrible when he came on, ball bouncing off him and Harrison having to point and tell him where he needed to be every time West Ham had the ball at the back.

If he set us up properly we wouldn't need to though. We'd have been leading, same as Southampton. His lumping it up the pitch totally isolates our best striker as he no options to bring players in because they're playing too deep. It must be soul destroying for Dom who gets loads of stick because he can't score. Today he had the ball under control in their area and nobody was near him. The players play like they're told to go long and defend but nothing else. I appreciate the squad is weak but it's the same one that got 12th and beat Liverpool... As I said, plays to not lose but not to go for a win. It's not coincidence we tend to lose late on because the other team keeps attacking us in our own half.
