Denis Manturov, Russia's First Deputy Prime Minister, will be in India on November 11 and 12. He will attend the Russian-Indian Business Forum in Mumbai. The forum will focus on boosting economic ties between the two nations. Manturov will then travel to New Delhi for the 25th session of the Intergovernmental Russian-Indian Commission.
