Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Darbhanga, Bihar on November 13 to lay the foundation stone for AIIMS Darbhanga. The Rs 1,700 crore super-specialty hospital, the second AIIMS in the state, will greatly benefit north Bihar and neighboring regions, according to state Health Minister Mangal Pandey.
