Indira Soundararajan, a renowned Tamil novelist and screenwriter known for his work on the supernatural thriller series Marmadesam, passed away at 65. He was found dead in his Madurai residence on Sunday. Soundararajan, celebrated for his exploration of mystical and supernatural themes, was also a recipient of the Tamil Nadu state award for his novel En Peyar Ranganayaki.
