Wealthy investors may take pre-IPO route after losing QIB tag

Large family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, who typically establish their own AIFs and invest via the QIB route but are otherwise ineligible for QIB status individually, will be affected by SEBI guidelines, say experts
