Kerala's tourism sector welcomed the 'De Havilland Canada' seaplane as it landed at Kochi's Bolgatty waterdrome. The 17-seater amphibious aircraft, part of the Regional Connectivity Scheme, will connect Kerala's airports and backwaters, offering subsidized fares and boosting tourism by reducing travel time and creating new opportunities.
