Vancouver officials seek tips for murdered woman found in car with unharmed infant
PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The Vancouver Police Department is teaming up with Crime Stoppers of Oregon to ask for the public's help in solving a murder.
Police said they're looking for help "identifying and locating any individuals involved in the homicide of 31-year-old Courtney Clinton," who was found dead in her car on Nov. 1 in the 300 block of Blandford Drive in Vancouver.
There was an infant child in the car who was unharmed.
Police also released a photo of the car where Clinton and the infant were discovered, a gray Ford Edge SUV.
The Clark County Medical Examiner's Office determined Clinton had been assaulted by another person and her neck was slashed.
Crime Stoppers of Oregon is offering cash rewards of up to $2,500 for information that leads to an arrest. The anonymous tips can be submitted via Crime Stoppers of Oregon's website, by calling 503-823-4357.
