NTPC Green Energy and ONGC Green Energy have emerged as the highest bidders for Ayana Renewable Power, offering approximately $650 million. The joint venture between the Indian energy giants aims to acquire a 100% stake in Ayana, which operates solar and wind plants with a capacity of 1,600 megawatts and has 2,500 megawatts under construction.
