Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #704 Embry J. Kidd, of Florida, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Eleventh Circuit, post-cloture.
At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Kidd nomination.
Additional roll call votes are possible during Monday’s session.
Cloture has been filed on the following nominations:
1. Executive Calendar #464 Mustafa Taher Kasubhai, of Oregon, to be District Judge for the District of Oregon
2. Executive Calendar #466 Sarah French Russell, of Connecticut, to be District Judge for the District of Connecticut
3. Executive Calendar #651 Rebecca L. Pennell, of Washington, to be District Judge for the Eastern District of Washington
