American Airlines flight performs 'expedited climb' to avoid hitting mountain

An American Airlines flight departing from Hawaii had to make an "expedited climb" in order to avoid hitting a mountain during takeoff. There are no reports of injuries on the flight and the Federal Aviation Administration will be investigating.
