The friendship between the Belarusian and German peoples has not been interrupted despite difficult times, Chairman of the Belarus-Germany Friendship Society Sergei Novitsky said at the 12th meeting of the sister cities of Belarus and Germany in the House of Friendship, BelTA has learned.
