1st LD: China, Brazil decide to elevate ties in Xi, Lula meeting

BRASILIA, Nov. 20 (Xinhua) -- China and Brazil decided on Wednesday to elevate their ties to the community with a shared future for a more just world and a more sustainable planet.

The decision was made during a meeting between Chinese President Xi Jinping and his Brazilian counterpart, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva. Xi is paying a state visit to the country after he attended the 19th G20 Summit in Rio de Janeiro.
