There is a demand for a broader dialogue between parliaments of many countries, Sergei Aleinik, Chairman of the Standing Commission of on International Affairs and National Security of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus, told the media on the sidelines of the CIS IPA session in St. Petersburg, Russia on 21 November.
