A reactor explosion at a Maharashtra fertiliser plant released toxic fumes, suspected to be ammonia, tragically killing three people and hospitalising nine others. The incident occurred at the Myanmar Chemical Company in Sangli district, claiming the lives of two female workers and a security guard.
