Lavrov describes useful side of sanctions 

The sanctions mayhem played a useful role for Belarus and Russia, Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov told the media following a joint meeting of the boards of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Belarus and Russia in Brest.
